Wood-burning

I love to burn my artwork onto wood as well! I get a kick out of telling people I am going outside for a smoke… as a non-smoker with health issues it makes them raise their eyebrows… until they realize I mean I am going to wood-burn.. one has to be careful though. Even outdoors, I use fans and a respirator to keep the smoke away from me. It does make me hungry for those “Some-mores” though..

As the summer light lasts well after midnight here in Alaska, I no doubt am turning the heads of moose and neighborhood folk as they must wonder why I look like I am dressed for the apocalypse..
